Smooth, not very professional though. There were Lots of candidates and there was also a group discussion and team activities. It was held in a hotel with the whole field marketing team present

Video recorded answers then In-person interview at the office. Was not too bad I recommend good lighting for video. Just be honest and try and bring out good energy! You only have once chance to record the video answers.
