Pros

- Inclusion in world-class Red Bull events, and actually asked for your input. - Work alongside management and have the opportunity to learn heaps

Cons

- Upward progression is difficult to achieve unless you're willing to move into a sales role and do huge hours for a few years to 'break into' the more sought after roles.

Pros

- Plenty of autonomy over work - Great culture, coworkers, and benefits - Generous work-life balance

Cons

- Political environment where the best ideas generally don't win - As the company has grown, it's become more bureacratic and corporate, causing slower internal decision cycles, misaligned incentives between teams, and ultimately a loss in entrepreneurial spirit
