BAE Systems interview questions

Email asking logistic questions Teams interview with technical person (not hiring manager) and HR lasting 1 hour Questions included typical competancy- name a time etc. Wanted only STAR answers. E.g. a time you showed leadership, inititiative, faced challenges.

Multi-stage. First stage was a challenging coding task, then got asked questions by AI and had to provide a verbal response. Provides an AI summary at the end. Finally a personality test (60+ questions) and some problem solving tasks.
