      No pros. Only take a position here if you really have no better offers.

      Cons

      - Low Salaries - Long hours - expectations of overtime and a culture of overworking. Not suitable if you want to have much of a life outside work. - Poor management - CEO is deeply unpleasant Working here was the worst job I have ever had. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
