      Pros

      The company is growing rapidly with lots of ongoing projects. A good place to gain experience quickly if you can keep up.

      Cons

      Salaries are below industry standards. The HR team lacks professionalism—processes are often unclear and communication can be unreliable.

      Pros

      Very smart, kind, empathetic coworkers. Unlimited PTO, good healthcare, matched 401k. Very interesting product and the company does its best to get employees up to speed.

      Cons

      HR is extremely biased and openly conservative. (Not a great environment for POC and women.) Will retaliate against employees and there are no controls to protect the employee. Once you disagree with their views, you are an enemy to them and they'll do their best to make you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Micromanagement is rampant in middle management. Managers need to learn to delegate and let go of the reigns.
