It 's and easy job, been doing it for a while, Pay is fine, WFH 2 days per week.

Cons

none for me. This is a job, not a lifestyle, so as long as i'm paid fairly, I don't have any expectations beyond that.

Cons

high workload, no wfh, no benefits, sales team rude, no progression, rude management, hr will force you out using pips if you speak up about anything, or if you have been there longer than a year or two so they can keep salaries low, bad for mental health.

My team was fantastic and always went out of their way to help each other

Cons

- Large disconnect between different internal teams that were meant to be collaborating. Made it very hard to get work done efficiently. - Removed WFH with little to no consultation - Little room for career progression and growth - Workload was extreme at one point with significant overtime required
