Pros

Plenty of opportunities to transfer internally Most staff are great to work with Great flexible working options Ok salary and shares

Cons

Lack of development planning - you have to drive this Company doesn't fulfill its diversity & fairness talk - I was subjected to extremely hostile bullying by my manager and was the 5th person to resign due to him being allowed to continue treating staff terribly, even after raising this with HR with multiple other staff backing me up. Don't trust HR at all, they are not there to protect you, support you or see that issues are resolved.

Pros

Learned heaps, plenty of opportunity to do work . I would join again as great salary and super scheme amazing. Lots of autonomy.

Cons

Progressively becoming a work hard and little recognition of success culture. Politics is progressively rife, and hard work not really appreciated.
