Pros
During the interview, the interviewer cared more about what I knew than what I didn't know. I appreciated the quick turnaround and expected salary offered even though I didn't perform that well at the interview.
Cons
Leadership could use more training on how to lead. As a new employee, there haven't been any training/ onboarding sessions, so I get confused with the acronyms thrown around which frustrates my manager. Unrealistic expectations to remain on call outside business hours 24x7 without prior notice.
