- Mental health and wellbeing were buzz words with no action behind them
- Leadership bully staff and reporting it to HR was ineffective since they were either involved in the behaviour or turned a blind eye
- Pay was low, metrics were out of sync with reality
- Sponsored visas for immigrants were utilised so that staff wouldn't complain about how they were treated
- If you are in a "cost center" (i.e. anything that supports the customers) you are considered an expendable red shirt.
