Despite outsourcing to a third world country, they can't seem to pay as particularly well. I'm all for outsourcing to other countries to stimulate their economies, but if you're a 1st world country outsourcing to a 3rd world country, you'd still save your company money by doubling the average salary of the country you're outsourcing to. It's fine for a local company to pay you a competitive local rate, but if you have an international reach, you should be paying your employee at least 10% of the value they add to the company.
