      The outside community is lovely

      Cons

      They claim Christian values yet nepotism, favoritism and absolute unethical practices run rampant - and it is the Executive that actually enforces these - so no way an employee can report any problem. Please note for anyone reading this - this is NOT a Christian company! They only use this for funding and marketing purposes.

      WFH - it might change Great start for no experience people

      From day one, I started looking for other jobs. Toxic culture, they sounds very supportive only if you from specific countries. Bullying happened few times. If you are career driven person, this is not the place. There is no development. No employees benefits - especially this is non profit organization.
