*Manufacture good hardware.. *in house softwares have many features. *Company always in profit and feed management well.
Cons
*HR review Process is worst than a small company. HR department is powerless and inefficient. A lawyer is head of the department so no need to explain further. *The company's head office is in Silicon Valley but the vision and mission are like third world country. *Management sit in UK (Not big mouth CEO) and bureaucratic. *No yearly review always and during December/January management start drama with loss of revenue. * Management want to manage through centralize (England) whereas world business is heading decentralize. *This company will not go further due to vision problem. *UK management always expect other region will follow their time zone. * Next Francisco Partner (Parent company) will sale Verifone to Indian company.
