Pros
Unleashed software was a great place to work, mainly because of the people, who were consistently helpful and friendly. The fact that the office was located about 100m from Takapuna beach didn't hurt either. The office environment was one of competence, and management really made an effort to keep morale up and to recognize hard work. Plenty of extra curricular activities too. It is honestly just a pretty great workplace.
Cons
The work is not the most exciting in the world, but that shouldn't really come as a surprise.
