      - safer than peers like careem noon - multicultural - good benefits including breakfast and snacks in office, parking support, insurance and tickets to travel back home for you and spouse - really well regarded within the uae - part of delivery hero really offers a lot of cross departmental and cross entity opportunities

      Cons

      - HIPPO culture with higher ups usually taking the calls - a lot of departments showing non professional working culture and attitude - no say at junior positions - pay depends on nationalities and some blanket blocked
