      Pros

      They are supportive for global mobility and cross-country work. If there is a job opening that you fit the role for, the company will sponsor your move, visa and relocation fees. The Auckland team has a lot of young people and social culture.

      Cons

      Not much to say here other than generic things about big company with lot of procedures in place.

      Pros

      Opportunity to work on a variety of projects and with engineers from other offices.

      Cons

      Lack of respect towards junior employees. High expectations to meet deadlines whilst providing inadequate training and are reluctant to spend money on good quality training. Benefits aren’t great either. Disappointed that Stantec values have not been shared equally amongst all offices.
