Pros

The perks and the people are definitely the highlights. The culture was stronger when I first joined, although it has changed over time.

Cons

Compensation and working conditions have become less competitive over time. There is less flexibility around schedules, and recent layoffs have created a greater sense of uncertainty across the organization.

Stock options and Benefits were good

Cons

Everything else. 3 Chats concurrently, plus maybe more depending if you have to speak to another team. 3 Separate issues. Have 50 million windows open. High stress. Expect to leave work on Friday and have no job on Monday for no reason. Their CEO is a Nazi.

Pros

The health insurance and LSA allowance. But these benefits are almost used against you so you stay.

Cons

Everything. They change things every other week and then tell us to "thrive on change" when we tell them we are burnt out. It's a cult like workplace and if you don't drink the green kool aid you're axed out of the cool kids club. If you are honest about how you feel, you're basically told to shut up or you'll be laid off.
