Pros

Steady, consistent pay and hourly schedule. Several training resources available throughout the entire time of employment, and questions regarding specifics are welcomed to be answered.

Cons

Minimal human interaction if you work from home, as most colleagues work from home. Initial training can be confusing due to having several team leads and routes to get to the same conclusion for completing tasks. System issues are semi-frequent.

There are no pros with this company.

Cons

What a garbage company. Not only are they laying off dedicated American workers, they are forcing those workers to train their replacements. No wonder they removed "Caring Counts" from their logo. PATHETIC!

A positive culture. Everyone on the team wants you to succeed. Management is always there when needed; however, they do not micromanage and allow you to do your job

Cons

It's very difficult to find a con at this company. Perhaps allowing flexibility for work schedules instead of 9-5.
