Worst experience i ever had in last 14 years. Teams are run by amateur Junior devs (4 to 6 years total experience) with zero leadership qualities with all their experience working for the same employer. Name shaming, bullying and blaming others for their own leadership weaknesses is a common practice. Obsolete technologies and bad management practices. There was literally no process to keep track of the project until the end. All decisions are made by the leader with little to no knowledge passed to the team. Several copies of documents of same thing. They would basically create a new document every day for no reason so you spend more time updating these documents than focusing on actual tasks. Team lead was sneaky. He would check your documents and let HR know if he finds CV on your folders. Will even keep track of how much time you spend in the toilet. I had so stressful time there that I had to see psychiatrist and got negative feelings associated with the street they are situated at everytime i drive past that building. Never had such experience before with any employer. Decided to move back to previous employer on contract before I was able to land my dream job and happy now.
