      Pros

      Fantastic plant technology, great camaraderie, very nice Saudis and expats.

      Cons

      Start up filled with Dow rejects who were exported to Saudi Arabia to get them out of the way with predictable results. Your surname is the most important thing for promotion. Incredibly incompetent people in charge in some areas. No hope of bonuses if you're an expat. About 100 smart people keep the show going. Continuous cuts to benefits and perks in recent years

      Working as project lead, single point of contact from engineering to to commissioning for the improvement projects.

      Cons

      All the improvement projects needs to be completed on aggressive schedule to start the plant.
