      Worst decision of my life

      Good company benefits, nice office

      Cons

      most cliquey work environment ever. my team was awful. people are shallow and mean. candidate managers are treated like trash by the consultants and the associate directors turn a blind eye, they say ‘we all have to go through it’ - no bullying is never ok and if someone treats you badly, maybe you should try make improvements in the business. doesn’t pay much and most candidate managers leave within a year because of the toxic environment. extremely long hours - 9 hour days

      training was good, learning opportunities

      lots of closed door conversations, did their work for them, lack of transparency, high pressure and responsibility, difficulty with managing, hierarchy for sure.
