Pros
- some friendly and nice people - some flexibility in working
Cons
- Leadership incapable of taking even mild criticism - Criticism, work, responsibilities, etc only roll down hill, solutions to all problems are passed on to lower level workers. - Middle management unwilling to challenge superiors on absolutely anything. - Critical roles don't exist meaning responsibility is passed onto teams or people unqualified for the tasks. - Heavy micromanagement - Little to no justification for ways of working other than "Because we said so"
