Pros

They sponsored my work visa, handled my relocation to New Zealand, and you remain on full pay even when you’re in the hub or not yet deployed to a client.

Cons

The main downside is the pay, which is lower than other companies, and the promotion process can be slow—some deserving colleagues have been waiting years.

Cons

Pay is lower than competitors. Getting a payrise or promotion can be tough. Huge priority on business and profits over people, especially since the acquisition by NRI.
