Not much room for growth and low wages for a job that constantly deals with verbal abuse from customers. Racism towards darker skinned customers (behind their backs) is pretty much daily. Head office have gotten stingy with employee discounts.

Poor culture, particularly in sales is incredibly toxic and dog-eat-dog Role has same base pay as sales (min wage +1) but involves worst aspects of job and cannot earn commission unlike sales. Increased base pay as comp for the actual abuse you have to endure would be advised. Token non-Asian staff seem to always get the [bad] end of the stick, miss out on sales bonuses for some reason every time, double-standards in rules enforcement, breaks and lengths and workload, so on and so on.
