Nice staff to work with. Easy job. Pay is okay for retail. Always something to do.

Cons

Toxic management - owners were really aggressive. Unrealistic workload. Not enough support - training, dealing with staff members, dealing with difficult customers etc. Management pressure and guilt trip casual/part-time staff into taking on more hours, even when they want to prioritize study.
