      Good team, great people, hybrid working perks. Not bad overall.

      Pros

      Lots of good people working there. Good location with many nice cafes around. They have subsidised corporate cafeteria with hot lunches costing you just $12 and they're yum! Hybrid work, no micromanagement. Opportunities to work on anything you want to as long as you're passionate about it. Very diverse and inclusive team.

      Cons

      Processes are slow, leadership is short-sighted and overall company lacks clarity, structure, workflow processes, etc. Little to no opportunity for promotions as there are no clear rules around it. Layoffs happen very regularly, sometimes twice in a year!

      The company is great. CEO is cool. Good perks. Work life balance. Pays okay

      Cons

      don’t work in finance or procurement. Previous leaders made progress by transforming the team, then new people came in and screwed everything up. Procurement is a back office function - not viewed strategically HR is corrupt - they work for management and have their own agendas Unfair work practices Lack of composure - interim and temporary roles Some execs lack forward thinking Mass exodus of staff and plenty of roles popping up is evidence of this
