      Good company for long term. Everything is fun except for internal politics

      Pros

      - The people are amazing. You will end up enjoying being here because of the people in your team - They respect work life balance. sometimes to a fault. But its biased towards your life. so its good. - the problems being solved are fun and interesting and you will learn a lot. - the health benefits are great

      Cons

      - Poster child for nepotism - Too much drama amongst upper management - the tech stack will be biased towards stuff microsoft has. So for anyone young, this might affect you while you are trying to build your career. - pay could be better. but a new company is about take over this one in a couple of months so maybe it would have improved?
