Pros

- good brand to have on resume - if lucky, you can get some interesting work, otherwise, it'll be mostly be a dull day

Cons

- insane micro management, in office hours are tracked extremely closely and there are repercussions if not met - minimum 6 hours for all 5 days are essential (if your leader is also the CTO of the company) - food in the cafeteria is pathetic, both quality and quantity suffer - projects move extremely slowly, hunger for growth and experimentation is absent - company has moved to service based completely, the product mindset is absent - no clear business goals, just "AI-powered"
