Pros

Flexible benefits, no micro managing, good training

Cons

People are leaving marsh too often, management is not acknowledging it. Not addressing it to current staff nor changing anything , just more work. Budget and expenses have been cut for three years straight, making it embarrassing we are living so frugally as the no.1 insurance broker

Pros

I genuinely loved working at Marsh. The team was incredibly supportive, the culture was inclusive, and the environment made it a joy to come to work. The leadership was approachable, with ample opportunities to learn and grow professionally.

Cons

The company provided excellent resources for training but I found that the learning approach wasn't as effective for me personally. More flexibility or tailored training methods could have helped me better understand and succeed in my role. This may not be an issue for others, but it's an area where the company could continue to innovate.

The training is second to none. As a starter point for a career it's brilliant.
