      Some really cool people work at Marsh

      Cons

      Systems are terrible, not fit for purpose Admin is done by team in Mumbai, constantly making mistakes. Hard to address them given time difference and language barrier. Typical corporate management, only in it for themselves. The attrition rate is high. Over worked and underpaid
