Company struggled with management and processes, there is no defined software engineering process here, also no hierarchy, almost everyone is a software engineer. Every 6 months your manager will change, you will hear news someone has layed off, and you are expected to do everything as a software engineer. With the AI the managers will pressurize you to develop a 20 pd work in 5 days, and you are expected to perform.
