Pros
Part of a Global Multinational, NZX Listed business. Long service awards - extra holidays for commitment of service. Also 2/3 days extra leave at Christmas Good systems, processes, knowledge and information
Cons
Contracts state annual pay review for all employees, rarely have I seen or hear of this occurring for the majority of staff. All decisions are authorized overseas in Singapore or the USA, hence there seems to be no decision making authority in ANZ. And when decisions can't be pushed through, it's blames on Singapore or USA. Get everything in writing - things are promised verbally and then not delivered. Post Covid, severe staff cutbacks were made, but workloads have not diminished, hence people are feeling overworked and stressed. The expectations still remain high. The culture has been adversely affected post covid. It is a political orientated business. Some people will be promoted and receive pay rises, others will not. Although this does not appear to be based on Meritocracy or Egalitarianism more Nepotism. They do not live and breath their own culture and values. Openness, Honesty, Inclusion. For a Human Capital Consultancy professing to be the best globally, they are very poor at managing their own staff and culture.
