      Good to start career. High salary rate for beginners. Stable company.

      Managers are living in happy land without having any interest in the practical fields. No authority, too much responsibility. They don't recognize people hard working.

      - Positive and supportive company culture. - Management wants to address the tech debt but knowledge is walking out the door. - Free parking. - Stable company.

      Cons

      - Old procedural spaghetti written in an object oriented language makes writing new code very hard without breaking things.- Unmaintainable code - No SOLID design. - Unit tests inside the implementation projects. - Implement customer features and ignore the large tech debt. - Large focus on regression integration tests.
