Great staff discounts and services, working in a diverse team of peers

Cons

Unattainable KPIs and pressures to make sales. The constant stress and threat of termination depending on where you fall on the gold star/black dot/red dot system. Consistent burnout and low morale among staff between peak trade seasons. Random HR audits to the point where you feel like you're always one small mistake away from being written up. HR & management constantly moving goal posts without communicating with floor staff, strategies and behaviors that were standard last week are now punishable this week.

Shotty admin work from higher ups (beyond our management) tends to trickle down to floor staff, more often than not making tasks unnecessarily difficult
