Pros

Extra week of annual leave and cheap onsite food for coworkers.

Cons

- Lack of organisation and processes. Management have a hands off approach and are more concerned with profit than the everyday running of the teams. - Coworkers are expected to take on extra responsibilities outside of their job description, including heavy lifting that does not comply with health and safety requirements. - A lot of expectations put on the coworkers but not much accountability for upper management. - There is no on site parking available for coworkers, despite having an overflow carpark. - Pay could be better, as it currently does not match market standards for certain roles, particularly the salary workers. - Rigid work schedule with no access to flexible working arrangements or being able to negotiate your schedule.

Pros

Supportive team with a positive culture. Good training and onboarding process, and colleagues are always willing to help. Flexible working arrangements and strong focus on customer experience. Opportunities to learn communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.

Cons

Customer demand can be unpredictable, especially during promotions and peak periods. Some processes involve multiple systems and teams, which can occasionally slow down resolutions. Career progression opportunities may depend on business needs and available openings.

Pros

Extra week of annual leave

Cons

Poorly run. Lots of standard operating procedures, very inconsistent adherence/enforcement of these SOP's. Encouraged to identify and communicate issues, then told to ignore the issues and let someone else deal with it "later" (Later is a myth). Encouraged to take initiative and be proactive, punished for doing it the "wrong" way and taking the spotlight away from your direct report. Preaching an absence of bureaucracy during on-boarding only to have a nauseating amount of it was greatly upsetting on a personal level. It shouldn't take 3 layers of approval to make minor changes.
