Salary / Work load
Pros
extra snacks, friday free lunch from the truck
Cons
onsite 5 days and shift starts at 6am based on the workload, no sufficient pay. Stressful! no proper training material and yet that is a freaking old system even if you come from software background, it is very hard to understand that veterinary software system because no sufficient training material in that company. Even if there is, you are finding it difficult to answer customer's questions as they put you on the spot to answer customer calls after like 2-3 weeks of joining. They are highly likely to recruit nurses who have worked in vet clinics and who have used that same software previously Management /TLs don't know anything about how the software works. People are stuck in the customer support team (they just don't like being there) for years until they get an internal opportunity to go to a different team Every week 1-1s happening when you are new and it sucks - you just don't know what to tell and it is an absolute stress, yet you are struggling a lot to understand that software.
