      Great Environment

      Pros

      Staff and team member were always great, willing to train and educate. No matter the issues that would come across the staff always worked hard to overcome it with a positive attitude. Always friendly environment to work in and great pay. Also amazing work schedule 4 days on/3days off.

      Cons

      There are too many accidents and not enough corrections. There are also too many 3rd and 4th chances given to people who do not follow the work environment rules and guidelines and that should be fired. I feel this type of neglect can affect new hires attitude of working there and stain the mentality of any prior hires that they can do as they please with no real repercussions 🤷🏼‍♀️
