You should have more luck getting paid by the companies that advertise “Work from home, only 10hrs per week, no experience needed” Also management is very very poor with very little direction or process in place like a blind person trying to cross the street with a blind guide dog.

Group 1 Automotive is very much in an industry that's still yet to catch up in terms of work/life balance, culture, values and diversity. Management is extremely poor with little to no support from those in charge, and those who do engage are unfortunately inexperienced and unfit to be in managerial roles.
