-easy job -rostered made months in advance -set hours -incentives

Cons

-horrible music on repeat constantly -bitchy co-workers -have to wear make-up & have hair done (in contract) -not allowed to wear items once they go on sale & no indication of which ones will go on sale -have to wear "latest seasons trends" which is expensive and stupid, especially since you have to buy all the clothes out of your own paycheque

Some interesting customers and discount on clothing. Usually playing good music too

Cons

Pressure to sell the right way and a bad Manager can manipulate and leave you miserable. Individuality is not recommended.

Good discount for yourself and also your partner to use at Hallensteins

Cons

Terrible pay Toxic work environment where head office bully staff and show no interest in your mental health. Pull you off your breaks early Provide no training and then blame you for not knowing everything If your not a managers favourite be prepared for all your hours to be cut to the bare minimum
