      Pros

      Teamwork within individual teams is great--most team members will be very happy to help each other Paid holidays are great Flexibility to work from home

      Cons

      Low pay with raises that are basically non-existent. Vacation time allotted is very lacking. Training is non existent--be prepared to learn on your own
