Pros
Don't mean to be negative, but unless you are in the top tear of management here, then your future is limited to how well you can brown noise. As lower tier Managers assert themselves and the internal politics on the basic worker, as most workers know there jobs better than the low level managers . They have what they call a think BLUE in other words keep all work internal between departments , but they cant even do this as its cheaper or easier to get it done outside Fulton Hogan , or Managers have other financial interests in those outside company's supplying F/H
Cons
Health and safety is a joke, hurt yourself and expect a written warning, for breach of company rules, No matter how minor, Dont report it and get found out , written warning , unless of coarse your in the in crowd. Overall if you can get passed the relentless internal politics and keep out of sight and get your work done unnoticed, you might be able to enjoy , But unfortunately if you can do that then you will be in the light as they notice you Not causing waves so you get opportunities to do some cool stuff , which in turn causes waves (jealousy)
