WFH, flexibility. Company flexible with workers.
Cons
Team: Toxic environment. Lots of managers, talk behind the back and ighting for power. Managers: Have no vision and poor management skills. No value for full time workers, even worst for short-term workers and contractors. Work overloaded, company just wants to save money, not getting new employees, this causes current employees being over-tasked and exhausted. Don't work here only if you desperate for work and have no other options
