      CEO repeating history here with 2008 crisis

      Pros

      People working here are hard working and want a good product. But middle management refuses to do this and actively hinder work

      Cons

      She’s inventing new ways to make money short term and doesn’t give a rats ahh about current employees. New mid level managers are horrendous and don’t care about current employees. Retention rate is at 25 percent meaning every four years there are completely new people on each project. No consistency, moving all the resources to India because it’s cheaper but the quality of code and testers is significantly lower
