      Great organisation with great people, good flexibility at time too flexible , no obvious red tape

      Cons

      Lack of accountability , talk feast meetings with no ownership of tasks, poor middle and leadership team for AsPac post reinvent, most people using covid as excuses of not delivering quality outcomes
