13th century management style at the top - i.e. authoritarian Confuse a to do list with strategy Do not make best use of their people because 1) they have no idea of who has what skills 2) people averse to making suggestions due to non-reception Too many meetings and meaninglessness tasks mean little thinking is done Culture is that the best is not brought out of people and their ideas are not sought. This shows up in the atrocious business numbers.
