      Not much! Considering all the back stabbing and clicks within the company.

      Cons

      Head Count Neutral means LAYOFFS and NO PROMOTIONS! Management promotes themselves and their clicks. Everyone else gets screwed over.

      Friendly and supportive coworkers nice office location, free snacks

      Cons

      Weak or ineffective management, leading to poor communication and lack of direction Extremely high employee turnover, creating instability across teams Temporary employees are treated as second-class staff, with limited inclusion or support
