Pros
There are a lot of great people and its nice to be involved with a company that has such great reporting. The new office is really nice. The Health Insurance was good.
Cons
You will get lots of promises of an eventual bonus or pay-raise, new opportunities, but all you have to do is ask anyone who has been there for 10+ years to realize that is a lie. No raises, no bonus, constant lay-offs, more work will get added constantly as they remove or lay off people, but no incentive for you for taking over another role. They hire from outside for roles rather then promote from within and people with no experience or lack of understanding will be promoted for the few positions that do come up, for knowing the right people, it's definitely a boys club, I have seen lots of discrimination while I was here. Not a lot of additional benefits, just added free coffee this year. If you do complain about mistreatment or problems to HR they are not recorded, lots of turn over in HR for failing to uphold policies. Salary for the dept I was in was well below the average. No work from home policy, not a lot of vacation days, you will be expected to be there 9-5 but if you stay late it is just expected for you to finish but if you come in late it will be noticed.
