They portray themselves on social media platforms as a modern company with a very positive work culture. Which is not true.

Cons

Extremely toxic work culture Salary disparity Few people around the owners involved in politics which makes the culture even worse Pathetic application with a lot of flaws Manual work with a fake sense of automation Owners do not keep their promises and they ruin careers of their employees No one knows what's going on in the company Fancy words with very less actions Most of the things are done in the company which I believe are not allowed as per the law of the land
