Pros
Salary structure maybe the one of best out there in Bangalore. The CEO ( BG sir) genuinely seems interested in employee welfare. Tally is good job security wise.
Cons
Not a lot chance to grow career or salary wise once in the company. Middle management is useless and sometimes even counter productive. Doesn't have a robust performance evaluation system, so Tally has a lot of bad to mediocre people working for them. Rewards and awards are distributed among the same set of people every year irrespective of their contribution. Basically it's a kitty party where they keep promoting and awarding each other. Bad parking arrangement in Tally and AMR tech park in general. Cafeteria is also so so. Some managers expect you to work after hours and no Saturdays without any compensatory offs. The managers just ask you about Jira updates and aren't much useful to help you in career growth.
