      Plenty of work coming through...need more skilled staff Managers are very nice and supportive but sometimes they need to be firm with team members who aren't performing.

      Amazing manager, pay was good, treated well and supportive with CPD.

      Cons

      Lots of contracts and navigating for these. This would be prioritised for more experienced physios and often was more complex
