      Great team synergy, most managers are caring, senior leadership and ceo are very approachable unlike other companies I have worked for in nz. Recognitions and opportunities to those who maintain reasonable workload,and meet quality kpis

      Workload at times, some staff complain about salary but I am happy with mine.

      Amazing manager, pay was good, treated well and supportive with CPD.

      Cons

      Lots of contracts and navigating for these. This would be prioritised for more experienced physios and often was more complex
